Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase.
- Damages caused by regular wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Opened or used sage sticks, candles, and soaps

Refund Process

Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. The cost of return shipping is not included. Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable..
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@buddhaenergyhealing.com to arrange the process.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your bank or credit card provider as refunds may take time to process.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Label Provided for Defective Products:
- Return labels will only be provided for defective items within the policy timeframe.

Return Without a Label:
- You may use your own shipping method to return items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the tracking number for your records.
- Please note: We are not responsible for items lost in transit if a non-trackable shipping method is used.
Additional Notes
- Free items from special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Defective items purchased within 1 year with proof of purchase may qualify for a 50% discount promo code to repurchase the same item.
- Please do not return items to the address listed on the package. Contact us first for the correct return address.
