1. Does BuddhaEnergyHealing Ship to My Country?

 

We ship to almost every country in the world, but due to certain restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:Bahamas,Yemen,Cuba,Iran,Sudan,Syria

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are committed to expanding our service areas in the future.


2. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

 

Free Shipping:

  • Orders over $68 USD qualify for free shipping.

Standard Shipping:

  • A flat fee of $8 USD applies to orders under $68 USD.

Express Shipping:

  • Starts at $39.99 USD for expedited delivery.

Special Notes:

  1. Free shipping on orders over $68 USD applies only to regular-priced items and does not include promotional or free products.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and shipping destination.

 

3. How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

 

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days.
  • Standard Shipping Time: 7–20 business days.
  • Express Shipping Time (Fedex / DHL ): 6–8 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times by Region:

  • United States, Japan,Canada,  Thailand,United Kingdom,Malaysia,Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, New Zealand: 8–15 business days.
  • Australia,  Brazil, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland,  Israel: 10–20 business days.

Important Notes:

  1. For orders to South America or Russia, shipping may take up to 30+ days due to customs or logistical challenges.
  2. Unforeseen delays, including customs inspections, weekends, and holidays, may affect delivery times.


4. How Can I Track My Order?

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can monitor your shipment via:

5. Why Might My Shipping Information Not Be Updated?

 

For handmade products crafted in Tibet or other cities in China, it may take 3–5 business days for the package to arrive at the international shipping center. During this period, tracking information may not be updated. Once the package is scanned at the center, the status will reflect the current shipment details.
